Linus Oakes serves one meal each day. Dinner is served between 4 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. in the Oak Dining Room and it is restaurant-style with a full waitstaff. Residents come any time during those hours, sit wherever they’d like, a full menu is provided and order taken by the waitstaff.
Linus Oakes was designed from the start to serve just one daily meal. Sister Jacquetta, founder of Linus Oakes, wanted to encourage Residents to go out and enjoy their day, and then come together for the evening meal to visit and share their daily adventures and experiences. This makes for a much livelier and more social environment.
The items on the Standard Menu are available every day.
The Daily Specials Menu is published weekly. These options change daily and are available in addition to the Standard Menu.
Holiday menus and meal times vary and are posted in advance. Advance guest reservations are required.
